Brent Maxwell

Brent is a founding partner of PSE with more than 30 years of engineering and business experience. His background includes work with Fortune 500 companies and experience in feasibility studies, business planning, auditing, contracting, negotiation, and marketing. He holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. A lifelong student of languages, Brent has studied seven foreign languages and is fluent in two.

Under Brent’s leadership, PSE has grown as a trusted and responsive multidisciplinary engineering firm. Among the significant projects completed during his tenure as president was a $300 million gas plant retrofit.

Brent’s work with PSE has also taken him around the world. Over a five-year period, PSE worked on a modular refinery project in the United Arab Emirates, where Brent served as contract manager and negotiator. The project required coordination with engineering, project management, procurement, and business teams across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, Russia, and the United States.
