Brent Ventura

Brent brings more than 30 years of experience as a professional civil engineer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering Management from Brigham Young University. He joined PSE in 2020 and serves as both Marketing Director and Civil Group Lead.

Throughout his career, Brent has planned, designed, managed, and overseen water resources and transportation projects from initial planning through construction. His experience includes water, sewer, storm drain, and roadway design, as well as master planning, capital facilities planning, city engineering, construction management, and cost estimating.

He is particularly skilled at coordinating among owners, agencies, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders. His ability to build consensus and keep teams aligned helps move complex projects toward practical, achievable outcomes.
