Noe Casalino P.E.

Noe brings more than 30 years of professional mechanical engineering and project leadership experience to PSE. He has managed and delivered engineering projects across a variety of industries throughout the United States, combining strong technical judgment with a practical focus on project execution and client outcomes.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Utah, giving him a perspective that bridges engineering, business, and project delivery. He joined PSE in 2012 and, as Director of Engineering, leads the company’s engineering teams with a focus on quality, coordination, and practical solutions to complex problems.
